"Cookie" S-Band Antennas
“Cookie” S-Band antennas feature small size, light weight, and excellent thermal design for today's critical airborne and telemetry applications. Originally developed for use with Syntronics’ Miniature S-Band Telemetry Transmitters, these extremely rugged and reliable antennas have MIL-Spec quality and environmental capability.These extremely rugged and reliable antennas have MIL-Spec quality and environmental capability. When mounted on the front of a projectile, the radiation pattern wraps around the projectile, providing reliable S-Band telemetry with a tracking or directional receiving antenna located at the launch point. Applications include smart munitions, unmanned aerial vehicles, and missiles.
Syntronics’ Cookie S-Band antennas are available in two sizes, Standard and Micro.
